First I broke the chocolate pieces and melted it on a steam bath with liquid cream. It should not reach the boiling point, when the chocolate is melted, it is removed from the steam bath, it is left to cool a little, then it is put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Separately mix the liquid cream with sweet cream until you get a consistent cream. Remove the melted chocolate from the freezer, it should not be very frozen, pour it over the whipped cream and mix for a few minutes, then add the frozen fruit mixture and mix for another 1-2 minutes.
I used a high rectangular shape that I wrapped in food foil, I placed the biscuits on the sides and I stopped 4 biscuits to put them on top of the cream. On the bottom of the form I placed raspberries and a few blackcurrant beans, I put the cream and I leveled, on top I put the 4 biscuits. I shaped the fridge, the next day I turned the shape over and sprinkled the chocolate pieces.
