Peel an onion and cut it into 1/2 cm slices. Carefully unwrap it into rounds and put flour on them.
Beat the egg well, add a little milk, salt, pepper, dill and flour until it reaches the consistency of a thicker cream. Give the slices through the above composition and fry in hot oil.
Remove on absorbent napkins.
They are served as such or in addition to other garnishes.
