Look, I made these too. I had a craving for a tomato noodle soup and I forgot to buy them and that's how I got to make them. I barely practiced my strength stretching to the noodle sheet.
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- as much flour as possible to obtain a hard dough
Servings: -
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Homemade noodles:
Beat the two eggs well with salt. On the worktop we take a good handful of flour, form a hollow in the middle and put well beaten eggs, then we start kneading, adding flour as needed. We formed a homogeneous dough and strong enough, I divided it into two balls and I started to stretch each ball as thin as I could. After I spread the dough well, I rolled it and then I cut rolls, some thinner, some thicker, because I'm not perfect either, so the noodles aren't too .... I sprinkled flour on baking paper and I unfolded each roll separately, I spread them nicely and let them dry a bit, so that I could go to the tomato soup operation. That's about it, it's not a great philosophy.
It's a pity that I can't speak now - I'm forced to go away. I will be set free - I will definitely speak my mind.
Not always, sometimes even earlier =)
What a fascinating answer
