Prepare the meat, beat the chops well, remove any bone and fat from the edges.

They should be thin, add salt and pepper.

Spread the kajmac on top, take a round of pepper and roll them.

You will get 2 cylinders. Weigh salt and pepper.

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.

Put flour in a flat plate / tray and in another breadcrumbs.

Put the meat in flour, egg, breadcrumbs, then again in egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry the rolls in hot oil for 20 minutes over medium heat, turn and color evenly.

Remove them on an absorbent paper towel.

You can serve them with kajmac, tartar sauce, boiled or fried potatoes, zacusca, vegetables ....

My boy liked them very much. I also tasted :) excellent.

I will definitely do it again.

Serve with gusto!
