Put an Irish twist on the Bijou with a little Jameson Irish Whiskey and Green Chartreuse.
- 1 1/2 oz Jameson Black Barrel Irish whiskey
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Express the oils from an orange peel over the glass and discard.
