Peel an onion, finely chop and sauté in a little oil and water. Meanwhile, peel the carrots, peppers and tomatoes, finely chop and add to the onion, simmering for about 15 minutes. In a heat-resistant dish put a layer of cabbage, the meat mixture and finish with a new layer of cabbage. Pour over approx. 300 ml. Aromatic tomato sauce or Ketchup Panacris (see recipe here: //retete/ketchup-panacris-35346.html), sliced ​​tomatoes, and put in the preheated oven, covered, approx. 30 minutes on medium heat. Serve hot with sour cream or hot pepper.
