Lemon Pineapple Kiwi Sparkling Mocktail

Flying with a toddler – I’d rather get my wisdom teeth removed. Flying with a toddler while pregnant? I’d rather get my appendix AND gallbladder removed. So when I went home for a long week to see my family and had major delay issues at the airport, all I wanted was a niiiiice cocktail. But I CAN’T have a cocktail….so I made this lemon pineapple kiwi sparkling mocktail once I got home to calm my stressed-out nerves instead.

I’m not trying to toot my own horn, but if you can survive a 12-hour travel day with an overly-tired toddler, while pregnant, with 5+ hours of delays sprinkled in there, elevators/escalators not working, and a few more delays sitting on the tarmac, I think a mom of the year trophy is in order. Seriously, it was hell.

I won’t go in to all the details about how I had to hold a heavy kid, a stroller, and a backpack while getting off the plane on a steep, ice-coated ramp, or how I searched for any new distraction I could (even if it was Kleenex) in order to avoid another complete and total meltdown, or how I only had cashews and water all day, or why I found Mickey Mouse stickers in my cleavage when I showered that night…but I WILL go in to details about this lemon pineapple kiwi sparkling mocktail that you can make at home.

This fruity, refreshing, and super light non-alcoholic drink is perfect for those warm upcoming summer evenings, pregnant momma’s to be, or anytime you need a cool treat. And you can absolutely add a ‘lil vodka in there if you feel so inclined. I’m not judging – I wish I could too!

I used La Croix sparkling lemon water as a base for this beverage, but you could certainly do any variety, or just plain sparkling water with a little lemon or lime juice added. This mocktail isn’t overly sweet (to save some cals) but you could add more raw honey if you prefer more sweet than tart. Simply add the sliced kiwi, pineapple juice, and honey to a blender or food processor and puree until creamy. Then add to the sparkling water!

Not that you have to get all fancy, but if you want – freeze fresh mint leaves and water into ice cube trays for a minty, icy finish to keep this mocktail cool.

Want to drink this like every single day of summer? Double or triple the batch of kiwi puree, pineapple juice, and honey, then store in the refrigerator for a quick, go-to combo to add to any of your sparkling water flavors!

Iced floral jasmine green tea is naturally sweetened with rich honey and infused with fresh pineapple and kiwi for bright, tropical notes. Made with our Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker, this recipe is as simple as brew, chill, infuse and enjoy! Get the recipe below.

Tip: When removing Iced Jasmine Green Tea, to make room for the fresh fruit, we recommend pouring the tea into one of our bottles (we love the Straw Tumbler) to sip on while the fruit infuses in the pitcher overnight.

  • 5 heaping teaspoons jasmine green tea
  • 5 cups filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 cups cubed pineapple
  • 1 cup cubed kiwi
  • 8 heaping teaspoon jasmine green tea
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey
  • 5 cups pineapple
  • 5 cups kiwi

Add jasmine green tea to the infuser. Twist infuser into lid.

Heat water to 180 degrees, then pour into Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker (filling it halfway). Lower the tea infuser into the water (allowing steam to vent) and brew for 3 minutes. Lift tea infuser from the brewed tea, place into infuser holder, and twist to detach infuser from lid. Stir in honey until dissolved.

Flash Chill:

Fill entire pitcher with ice, seal lid airtight, and shake for 30 seconds to flash chill.

Add Fresh Flavors:

Remove some iced green tea (3/4 cup for 1 quart Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker and 1.25 cups for 2 quart Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker - we like to pour the extra into our Straw Tumbler for fresh sips). Add pineapple and kiwi, seal airtight, shake to mix and refrigerate overnight to infuse fresh fruit flavors. Serve and enjoy.

Optional-Make Kiwi Ice Cubes: Place peeled kiwi half in large ice cube tray, cover with water, and freeze overnight.

18. Orange Beet root Juice Recipe for your Masticating Juicer

In this juice you will find valuable antioxidants, minerals and trace elements. This juice also effectively protects your cardiovascular system. Turmeric also adds anti-bacterial protection through its properties.

  1. Clean the turmeric from the skin and dice it.
  2. Peel the beetroot skin and cut it into pieces.
  3. Peel the orange, get rid of its skin and seeds
  4. Put your ingredients in your juicing machine for a great natural refreshing morning juice.

You can use powdered turmeric. In this case, pour ½ teaspoon of turmeric into the extracted juice.

There you have them, a nice list of healthy refreshing fruit and vegetable juices, which you can make at home in your masticating juicer or any other juicer machine you have.
